Why Turnkey SaaS RAG Fails Enterprise Governance

Off-the-shelf AI assistants create compliance exposure, obscure source citations, and break down under complex identity entitlements. Sanver delivers Amazon Quick as a fully governed, AWS-native system built to satisfy strict CISO and CTO mandates.

Turnkey SaaS & Generic Search Tools

  • Data Sovereignty Risk: Third-party SaaS pipelines transmit sensitive enterprise IP, financial data, and PII across multi-tenant external clouds.
  • Entitlement Blindness: Standard vector retrieval ignores document-level security ACLs, exposing restricted payroll, legal, or HR data to unauthorized staff.
  • Contextual Fragmentation: Naïve text chunking severs financial tables and balance sheets mid-row, resulting in inaccurate LLM calculations and hallucinations.
  • Passive Output: Limited to static summarization; incapable of executing real transactional tasks in legacy systems or operational databases.

Sanver Managed Amazon Quick Architecture

  • Native VPC Boundaries: Operating within your AWS perimeter. Foundation models never train on your internal operational records.
  • Entitlement-Aware Access: Integrated with AWS IAM Identity Center, Okta, and Entra ID to enforce Row-Level Security (RLS) and Column-Level Security (CLS).
  • Layout-Aware Ingestion: Specialized ETL pipelines designed for complex financial filings, multi-page PDFs, and dense spreadsheet structures.
  • Agentic Execution: Automated workflows via Quick Automate that execute AWS Lambda functions, update CRMs, and route human approvals.

Governance & Executive FAQ

Addressing CISO & CTO Mandates

Clear answers on security posture, procurement, identity integration, and legacy connectivity.

How does Sanver guarantee zero data leakage during implementation?
Sanver deploys Amazon Quick directly within your existing AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) or dedicated enterprise organization account. All indexed document chunks, vector embeddings, and LLM query logs remain enclosed inside your KMS-encrypted storage. AWS explicitly guarantees that your enterprise inputs and outputs are never utilized to train underlying foundation models.
How are fine-grained document permissions (RBAC) enforced?
We map your active identity directory (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Ping) to AWS IAM Identity Center. When a user submits a natural-language query to Quick Research or Quick Sight, the underlying engine evaluates that user's specific group memberships and Row-Level Security (RLS) attributes before performing context retrieval. If an employee lacks access to a source document or row, it is entirely excluded from the AI's search context.
Can Sanver connect Amazon Quick to legacy mainframes or proprietary APIs?
Yes. While AWS provides out-of-the-box connectors for standard SaaS software, Sanver engineers custom serverless ETL pipelines using AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, and custom document ingestion APIs. We can securely extract, clean, and index structured or unstructured data from core banking mainframes, custom SQL databases, or internal REST endpoints.
How can we procure Sanver professional services via AWS Marketplace?
Sanver is The Official AWS Partner listed on the AWS Marketplace. You can contract our implementation packages directly through AWS Private Offers. This simplifies vendor onboarding and allows 100% of the engagement cost to count toward your organization's AWS Enterprise Discount Program (EDP) spending commitments.
